Requirement analysis is done remotely for overseas clients or by site visits for local clients. Site visits can also be arranged for overseas clients depending on the project scope. Following the requirement analysis, a detailed GAP analysis will be presented.
Implementation Timeline
All the products are readily available, depending on the clients requirements implementation time will be 1 to 8 weeks (go live). This includes key-user staff training schedules.
System & Data Ownership and Data Security Measures
Products are cloud-enabled & can be deployed on cloud or local Infrastructure. The client owns the system and data but system source code is our property and can be handed over to the client with additional cost.
The systems are built as an enterprise-class application, which uses encrypted data communications and other best practices for data security. Client or the IT company managing IT Infrastructure will be responsible for DATA security. We will be responsible in case we are managing the clients IT (Hardware) Infrastructure.
Daily system backup & restoration process will be set up as a part of the system deployment. Data backup is sole responsibility of the client or the company managing the IT Infrastructure for the client.
ERP Functional Access Controls
The system will tie in with clients internal access control mechanism & access will be provided to users and user groups. Access to specific areas of the programs or specific actions, like printing or emailing reports, or changing consignments or invoices can also be restricted.
Activities, which may change system wide preferences or settings will be audited (recorded in an audit log). In specific, all audited actions will be accessible only to authorized users or user groups.

The systems are highly scalable for multiple sites/countries providing a high level of performance and high availability.

Clients can choose from various pricing options such as one-time pricing (with and without the source code) with yearly maintenance. A per-user option is also available.
ERP Support/Maintenance
365/24/7 support available through remote HELPDESK ticketing system. Physical visits can also be arranged where needed depending on the annual maintenance contract.
