Human Rights
We are committed to fair and equal treatment for all employees. We abide by the respective employment laws of the countries in which we operate and relevant United Nations Charters.
Employees and candidates for employment shall be judged solely on the basis of their suitability for the job without regard to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status or political belief or any other aspect protected by law.
We do not tolerate discrimination. This includes sexual, physical and verbal harassment or other demeaning culturally, religiously or ethnically insensitive behavior against any individual or group of people. We do not tolerate violence or threats of violence. An anonymous feedback system is in place to handle such incidents.
Fair Labour
We are committed to conducting business in fair labor conditions for all our operations. We refrain from practices that can give rise to risks of forced or involuntarily labor, human trafficking or other practices that can be defined as modern slavery or child labor. As part of its initiative to identify and mitigate risk regular reviews of suppliers are conducted and recorded. A rigorous selection process is in place to work with like-minded suppliers.
Environment
We believe in in “live and let live”. We embrace a principle of sustainability for the protection of future generations in all communities we work within. In addition to being environmentally conscious, we also evaluate environmental impact of our operations together with our suppliers. We set and monitor standards.
