Our client wanted to transport and off load to foundation – a 55 ton incinerator and accessories at a high security area in the heart of Dubai . The client had not handled a similar work scope before.
Our Solution
No direct access to the foundation due to other permanent infrastructure already in place. After several visits we agreed with client and the receiver to lift the cargo over the fence from the road-side. A few practice lifts were done to ensure health and safety compliance. We were at on site to manage the project hands on.
The Challenges
permission from multiple government authorities for road movement and access to site. Tight time window for the operation. Establishing underground pipes, layouts to avoid underground damages caused by the downward pressure during the lifting operation.
The Result
Flawlessly placed the incinerator on the foundation on time under on-site supervision.
